About PRGA

Phil Glassel and Mike Miller founded PRGA in 1985. Under their leadership and guidance, the company has grown to include a modest staff of engineers.

In addition to performing his duties as president of the company, Phil has worked with numerous clients as a senior consultant and project manager on many projects over the years. Phil remains an active part of the PRGA family.

Mike, in recognition of his outstanding contributions and services to the corporation, was promoted to position of Vice President in 1994. Mike continues to use his engineering talents daily. Our clients value his skills and the PRGA family recognizes him as a great asset.

Since its inception, PRGA has amassed an incredible list of clients and projects. Our name is recognized as a leader in the industry and our experience developing products is highly regarded. PRGA has set itself apart from other engineering firms with our talent. We hire only the best senior engineers in the industry. Our typical engineer has 15 years of engineering experience. Because we hire only senior engineers, we have very little turnover. Every engineer has a dual role since every engineer must also have the ability to perform software duties. For example, our mechanical engineer is also a gifted software engineer.
